Preventia Support & Maintenance Contracts
Preventia Technical Support services are available to customers between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Preventia offers a support & maintenance contract for all products within our product portfolio. These contracts are typically for 12 months and we can arrange for contract consolidation should it be required.
Extended support levels
Our standard support level includes business day telephone support with software updates & upgrades. We also offer extended support levels on behalf of some of our vendors which include a hardware replacement unit service and in certain cases 24 x 7 telephone support.
Managed support contracts
Renewal of our support contracts are also managed through Preventia. We accurately maintain our records and notify our customers as to when their contracts are due for renewal and include a quotation to assist the renewal process. Advance notice is given 30 days ahead of the renewal date, in addition to any notification sent directly to the customer by the vendor.
